At InJewels, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift card.
(Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange).
WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF OUR GUARANTEES, OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE, IN OUR DISCRETION, TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR TO REPLACE AND DELIVER EQUIVALENT PRODUCT ITEMS, AS SOON AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE.
THE APPLICABLE CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.
