We've designed this bracelet using a combination of gemstones with properties that inspire good health, a clean mind and a positive outlook.
Turquoise: The master healer. It's believed that when Turquoise is given as a gift, its healing properties are magnified by one hundred!
Matte Amazonite: Known for maintaining good health in general. It aids in cell regeneration and healing after illnesses, trauma or injury
Aventurine: Helps you to overcome feelings of self-doubt. It opens up the energy of the heart, attracting new opportunities. It helps to increase confidence, self-worth and optimism.
Crystal Quartz: When quartz crystal touches your skin, a merging of energy occurs, which is believed to encourage optimal health and healing. It also amplifies the powers of the stones it is nearest to.
Citrine: A crystal of light and happiness. It doesn't hold any negative energy and emits large amounts of positive energy.
We've used 8mm Stones, Swarovski crystals in our Health + Happiness bracelet as well as a tibetan silver Ohm charm which serves to remind us to live in the present.

Here's How to Determine Size:
Measure your wrist where you want the bracelet to sit, skimming the skin. Not loose. Not tight.
This number is your wrist size, not your bracelet size.
Add 1/2” to 3/4” to your wrist measurement to determine your bracelet size.
If the bracelet uses larger stones, choose closer to 3/4” for comfort.

Focus on Your Goal.......
Your piece arrives to you already charged and ready for use or wear. Once you take it out of it's packaging, hold the stones close to you. Close your eyes and focus on what you hope to accomplish. Your intention.
Periodically, the stones should be cleansed and recharged .1. Place your piece outside or by a window where they can soak up moonlight over night. We recommend moonlight because some stones can fade in sunlight. A few of the stones that are known to fade are amethyst, celestite, opal, and turquoise.
2. After cleansing hold the piece close to you to fully charge it. Take some quiet time to focus and visualize your intentions. Breathe leisurely until you feel connected to that intention.

Easily! Purchase the size that is closest to what you need and add a note during checkout with the exact size you'd like. We will come as close to that as possible for you. If the size you need is larger than 1" from the largest size we offer, please contact us prior to ordering.

Absolutely! Wear your bracelet on your left wrist if you are looking to attract or receive energy. Wear on your right wrist if you are looking to give, release or repel energy.
