I made this bracelet for people (and me) who’ve had enough of the noise. The emotional rollercoasters. The people who say one thing, do another, then somehow still think you’re the problem. It’s exhausting. And honestly? It’s not cute anymore.

And for those healing from trauma? Especially after relationships with narcissists, emotionally manipulative partners, or even chaotic childhoods—boring isn’t boring at all. It’s sacred. When you’ve lived in fight-or-flight for so long, choosing peace can feel unfamiliar at first—like your system doesn’t know how to trust it yet. But that stillness you’re craving? That’s your nervous system exhaling. That’s healing happening in real time.

Instead, I want clear boundaries. Solid nervous system energy. The kind of groundedness that comes from knowing who you are and what you’re not willing to entertain.
